Event will be held rain or shine. No refunds, no pets or alcoholic beverages allowed on premises.
Vendors are accepted on a first come – first served and juried basis.
I understand that I may set up as early as Friday, Sept. 3rd, 2010 after 10 a.m. I also understand that I must be completely set up before gates open at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 4th, 2010.
I understand that packing up and leaving early (before 4 p.m.) on Sunday, Sept. 5th, 2010 may result in my not being invited to future events
I understand that APPALACHIAN CELTIC CONNECTION FESTIVAL is presented as an educational event and that anything I can do to further this cause will be greatly appreciated.
